How much ml can each sachet create?

Each packet of cleaning tablet creates 500ml of cleaning solution, and each hand soap tablet creates 250ml of hand soap foaming solution. With our tablet refills, all you need is one bottle forever.

My bottle is leaking. Do I need to replace it?

When dissolving, the cleaning tablets will release carbon dioxide into the bottle. The built-up pressure will escape by pushing the liquid up through the plastic tube and out the sprayer. If your sprayer is leaking, try removing the cap and allow the built-up pressure to escape. Reattach the sprayer and see if that fixed the problem. Do ensure that the tablets are completely dissolved before you attach the sprayer back on. One tip is to fill up the bottle with less than 500ml (425-450ml) of water.

What should I do if my SimplyGood tablets are "broken"?

Due to the nature of the product, portions of the cleaning tablet might crumble into smaller pieces. The cleaning tablets can still be used, and the cleaning efficacy will not be affected. All you have to do is pour the content into your spray bottle and wait for the rest of the tablet to dissolve before using it! However, we'd like to suggest filling your bottles with 250ml of water first, as the effervescent reaction tends to be greater when the tablets are in smaller pieces. Once the fizzing subsides, fill it up to ~500ml.

How to store the tablets?

We would recommend for your tablets to be stored in a dry and cool space, ideally in a container or ziplock bag. Keep your tablet sachet away from moisture, to prevent it from "reacting", or the packaging from bloating up.
