Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Customers are responsible for shipping costs ($5.50). Please refer to the text before for 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Exclusion.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Exclusion
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee / Return & Refund Policy does not apply to subscription purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed
• Charges are automatically billed according to the selected subscription frequency
• Reminder emails are sent prior to each renewal to the email address provided at checkout
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Review subscription details before checkout
• Manage, pause, or cancel the subscription prior to the next billing date via their account or by contacting customer support
Failure to read reminder emails or manage the subscription does not constitute grounds for a refund or charge reversal.

If you received the wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
