Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once we have your orders shipped out.
Our Returns Policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.
All products are eligible for returns with full refund if they are in the original state with no missing items. If a return is approved, you will bear the initial return cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. Once we have received the damaged item, a refund will be issued back to the payment method you used when this order was placed. You will be able to get your refund in 5-7 business days once we have received and processed your return.
For defective or broken products, you are covered by our 1-year warranty and will be eligible for a replacement upon vetting and approval from SimplyGood.
We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or returned incorrectly.
