FAQ

Questions and Answers

How to dissolve the tablets / Why is my spray head leaking?

Fill the 500ml spray bottle till water line mark . Dissolve 2 x tablets into the spray bottle without screwing the spray head on completely. ONLY AFTER the tablets are completely dissolved in 20-30mins, screw the spray head on fully to use. As the tablets dissolve, gas is being released and you should allow it to escape without screwing the spray head on fully. Without doing so, it will cause the spray head to leak. If leaking occurs, simply unscrew the spray head to release the gas, and press the spray head trigger multiple times to empty it completely before usage. Don’t worry your spray head is not faulty.

My spray head is not spraying ?

We have an “ON” and “OFF” switch on the spray head nozzle, simply twist the nozzle to the ON and OFF position when needed. When not in use, we would recommend for you to turn it “OFF”.

How to properly store my tablets?

Keep sachets in a cool, dry place - avoid putting them near/in humid areas like washing machines, or under the sink, or in some cases storerooms as well. This might cause the tablets to bloat. Tip: Store tablets in a ziplock bag or airtight container to prevent moisture exposure and keep it a cool and dry place.

What should I do if my tablet sachets are bloating?

Exposure to moisture/humidity may cause the tablet sachet to bloat, but do not worry, the tablets are still safe, and effective to use. Simply tear the sachet and dissolve the tablets into your bottle as usual. You may also puncture a small hole on the packaging to let the air out and use within 3months.

My tablets take too long to dissolve?

It will take 20-30mins on average for the tablets to be fully dissolved in room temperature water. One tip to speed up the dissolving time taken is to use warmer water for dissolving. Fill up the bottle half way with warm water and dissolve the tablets normally. In 5-10mins, tablets will completely dissolve and you can add normal temperature water to fill it back up to the 500ml mark line.
